Conference programme and other activities

The opening ceremony is planned to be held on Friday morning 6 February 2009 at 9.30 a.m. The presentations and workshops will take place from Friday to Saturday afternoon. Students and teachers are expected to arrive to Cyprus on Thursday 5 February and depart on Sunday the 8th of February.

Participants from abroad are advices to arrive at the Larnaka International Airport. An optional excursion will be organised on Saturday the 7th of February.

Bus service from the airport and to the airport will be organized. We ask all the participants to inform us on the exact date and time of arrival and departure in order to make the most convenient plan. The Bus is provided free if used on the time scheduled.
